The accommodation is situated on the first floor, with no elevator, and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
It features a bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom.
In addition, we provide WIFI, air conditioning, and quality bed and bath linens. Designed with families in mind, we also offer a crib and high chair, as well as being pet-friendly. Perfect for those looking to experience the true essence of Cádiz! Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00h in our office.
If you are going to arrive later than 20:00 it is necessary to let us know in advance in order to manage your arrival. We will be happy to assist you during your stay for anything you may need, leaving at your disposal a telephone number available from 20:00h to solve any problem that may occur in the house.
On arrival it will be necessary to fill in and sign an accommodation document in accordance with the regulations. You will have to make a deposit of €300 by credit/debit card as a deposit, which will be returned to you within a maximum period of 72 hours after your departure.

Hemos estado agusto, el piso está bien situado cerca de todo por lo que hemos ido andando a todos situos sin mover el coche, el parquing que hemos elegido El tenis a 7 u 8 minutos andando y está muy bien 57 euros los 3 días que ha estado el allí. El general bien.
