Éleveurs ovins & bovins (exploitation familiale toute proche), Roselyne & Patrice vous ouvrent les portes d'une charmante authentique maison de bourg du XIXème siècle soigneusement réhabilitée, nichée en bordure de ruelle (face à "l'hôpital Corsin"), au cœur même d'un pittoresque petit village commerçant de "carte postale" parfaitement sauvegardé (doté d'une grande supérette et de nombreux petits commerces & services), à 5 km de Saint-Point abritant un plan d'eau aménagé pour la baignade et le réputé château familial d'Alphonse de Lamartine & son tombeau (illustre poète romantique, romancier & homme politique français natif du "pays"). A deux pas de la magnifique douce campagne vallonnée alentour (protégée en Zone Natura 2000 & ZNIEFF pour ses richesses faunistiques et floristiques), sublime écrin paysagé préservé conjuguant bucoliques bocages & profondes forêts sauvages, lové au creux d'une verdoyante vallée adossée aux contreforts boisées d'un vaste massif forestier sauvage, à deux pas des premiers vignobles, au pied du "Signal de la Mère Boitier", point culminant du Mâconnais avec 702m (belvédère unique offrant vue panoramique à 360° jusqu'au Mont-Blanc par temps clair). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte plein de charme (cheminée en pierres), au milieu d'un village calme et typique. Il y a plein de choses à faire dans les environs (Cluny, Mâcon, Charolles...) ainsi que de belles balades (dommage que le temps n'ait pas été au RDV durant ce séjour). Peu...
