Located just 3 meters from the sea in the peaceful coastal village of Slano, Luxury Villa Dubrovnik Felicita is a modern beachfront retreat offering privacy, open sea views and immediate access to the Adriatic.
The villa is positioned 700 meters from the center of Slano and approximately 30 km from Dubrovnik.
With 260 m² of living space set on a 310 m² property, the villa extends over three levels and is designed for relaxed seaside living. Two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the first floor, each with access to a terrace overlooking the sea. The top floor includes a separate apartment-style unit with two single beds, a bathroom and a living area.
A sofa bed provides additional sleeping capacity. In total, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests (8 + 2). Comfort & Amenities The property is fully air-conditioned and includes Wi-Fi, private parking, washing machine, dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.
Baby cot and high chair are available on request. Toll ausgestattet, komfortabel, gemütlich, viel Platz für 2 Familien, die Vermieterin Sandra und ihr Vater waren sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit, ein perfekter Urlaub!!!
Slano ist sehr ruhig gelegen, es gibt aber wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , der nächste grosse Supermarkt ist in Dubrovnik
