Wifi (fibre). Chauffage électrique.
Rdc : séjour-cuisine-salon, chambre PMR (lit 2 p. 160x200cm) avec TV & salle d'eau "ouverte" (douche/Wc indépendant), salle d'eau (douche/Wc). 1er étage : 3 chambres dont 1 en mezzanine (lit 2 p. 140x190cm dans chacune). Jardin clos (300m²) + terrasse + local vélos + parking privés. Petits commerces & supérette 2 km. Mini supermarché 10 km. Superb panorama & landscapes "in the heart of the meadows"! Charming traditional farmhouse of character dating from 1819, steeped in history & carefully restored into a very comfortable holiday home - nestled on a pleasant enclosed garden of 300m² - peacefully situated in a "belvedere", within a quiet little rural hamlet perched on a hillside on an exposed slope, 2 km from the picturesque village of Dompierre-les-Ormes (small shops including a mini-market / home to the exceptional Pézanin arboretum & the renowned "Lab71", a discovery center on sustainable development & science) & 10 km from the charming typical & commercial town of Matour, labeled "Green Holiday Resort" (numerous amenities including a small supermarket & remarkable level of leisure facilities including a swimming pool). Peace and quiet in the heart of the Haut-Clunysois countryside (the "Little Switzerland of the Mâconnais", protected in Natura 2000 & ZNIEFF Zone for its remarkable ecosystems), in the hollow of the "Green Valleys" of South Burgundy, a sublime preserved setting of gentle mountains combining agriculture & the great outdoors, between bucolic rolling hedgerows & deep wild forests, overlooking the verdant Grosne valley facing the northern Beaujolais massif (& its vast marked "mountain biking area") extending the sumptuous landscape jewel of the Roches de Solutré & Vergisson labeled "Grand Site de France" (located 32 km away), in close proximity to Mont Saint-Cyr (the highest point in southern Burgundy at 771m), as well as the iconic Butte de Suin.
A prime location on the routes of numerous marked hiking trails, including several "green walks" (a vast network of identical hiking trails crisscrossing the region, for walking or mountain biking), the GR7 long-distance hiking trail, and the "Cycloroute71" (the Saône-et-Loire cycling route), not far from the Romanesque churches circuit, 20 km from the "Grande Boucle de Bourgogne du Sud" Green Way (and its remarkable "Tunnel du Bois Clair," the longest former railway tunnel in France now open to a greenway at 1.6 km) connected to the Voie Bleue (along the Saône River), 23 km from the renowned GTM mountain bike route, certified "FFC Mountain Biking" ("Grand Tour du Massif Sud Bourgogne," linked to a vast network of similar marked mountain bike trails traversing the massif), and about 20 km from the vineyards of the Mâconnais region ("Route des Vins de Bourgogne"), including the famous "Val Lamartinien" nearby. (named after the illustrious host of the place) & about thirty kilometers from the Beaujolais vineyards (the world's first vineyard recognized as a "UNESCO Global Geopark" / various wine routes to discover). Prime location at the southern tip of Burgundy, on the edge of the Mâconnais, at the crossroads of the Clunisois-Tournugeois (labeled "Land of Art and History") & the Charollais-Brionnais (also labeled "Land of Art and History"), birthplace of the famous AOC breed of world-renowned cattle.
Ideally located for exploring the region (RCEA access 5.5 km away): 19 km from La Clayette, 21 km from Charolles, 24 km from the renowned abbey town of Cluny, 33 km from Paray-le-Monial, 35 km from Beaujeu (historic capital of Beaujolais), 37 km from Mâcon (Mâcon Loché TGV station 36 km away), 39 km from Charlieu, 37 km from "Hameau Dubœuf" (Europe's first wine and vineyard theme park), 42 km from Marcigny, and 46 km from Digoin (with its river marina on the Canal du Centre). A peaceful haven brimming with charm and serenity for a relaxing "green getaway" with your small family! All operating costs (including heating), bed linen and towels. End-of-stay cleaning (optional extra charge).
