We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by car. Ponta Delgada airport is an 7-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Ideal for families, this private townhouse offers a convenient, central location just minutes from everything.

Fully renovated in March 2022, it features 3 bedrooms, a living room, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay on São Miguel Island. Welcome! Conveniently situated in the heart of Ponta Delgada, our house provides easy access to the city's main attractions, including the historic downtown area, picturesque marina, and bustling local markets. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement.
A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first and second bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and the third with two single beds.
All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

The House was in a perfect condition. Everything was clean. The kitchen was prety well equipped. The House is bigger thank It looks in photos. The location its perfect. It has garaje. And the house had an indoor playground.

Comfortable but damp: Well located, easy to find, easy to park. Quiet and enough space for a large family. There is a lot of humidity in the Azores and the house was damp too. We were there in February, and as the houses don't have heating, we were cold. Knowing Portugal, I had anticipated this and ...
