This comfortable property offers a private outdoor area with terrace and barbecue for relaxed moments together. REF: 174 Guests have access to the entire house as well as the shared pool of the residence. The outdoor spaces are fully private, perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet. A reserved parking space is also available, for a hassle-free stay from the moment you arrive. "⢠Pets not allowed ⢠Pool closed outside the summer season ⢠Not accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM) ⢠Cleaning is included Security deposit required ⢠Security deposit required ⢠A security deposit will be required, including for Airbnb guests, via a bank card pre-authorisation from 150 EUR depending on the property. ⢠You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in ⢠This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit ⢠If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property" ----- Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for â¬15 per stay.
The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress.
