Oddzielne Miejsce parkingowe , odbiór kluczy bez udziału osób , winda , zmywarka , odkurzacz , pralka , suszarka , możliwość wybrania kąpieli pomiędzy wanną a prysznicem
Dodać informacje że drugi balkon to część wspólną z innym mieszkaniem.
Dla ludzi z dziećmi bardzo funkcjonalna jest mikrofalówka .
