Welcome to our 55m² apartment on the first floor without elevator, designed for your comfort: - Living room with sofa bed, table and chairs for 6 people, TV, Wi-Fi - Fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher) - 1 bedroom with double bed, shower room and sink (no toilet) - 1 bedroom with double bed, shower room, sink, and toilet - 1 separate toilet Both bathrooms are in the bedrooms (open, no doors) Cleaning fees include clean sheets and towels for each guest, and cleaning is done by a professional cleaner. ℹ️ Please note As is often the case in older buildings in central Paris: • access is via a narrow staircase (no elevator) • the apartment is compact • 2 shower rooms in the bedrooms do not have doors • the street can be busy in the evening

The apartment od located on the middle of Paris, very close to Grands Boulevards and metro station, nicely furnished and clean. Excellent for four people, will do for size. Musee du Louvre withon walki g dostanie.

Das Haus war großartig und die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich. Insgesamt hatte ich eine tolle Erfahrung mit sehr einfachem Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, ich fühlte mich in der Gegend immer sicher und genoss es, zu einigen der Restaurants und Cafés in der Gegend zu schlendern.

The house was superb and the neighbors were very friendly, Overall, I had a great experience with very easy access to transportation, I always felt safe in the area and enjoyed strolling to some of the restaurants and cafes in the area,
