At the very heart of the small Istrian town of Motovun you will find Villa Pietro, a spacious villa with a total area of 200 m2 that can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The exterior of the villa is covered in Istrian stone so that it fits perfectly into its surroundings and the ambiance of a small Istrian town, while modern elements and a touch of luxury is what you can expect once you enter the villa interior. On the 1st floor of the villa, there are three out of four spacious bedrooms with double beds, and each of them has its own bathroom furnished with walk-in showers, toilets, hair dryer and toiletries.
On the 2nd floor of the villa, there is another bedroom, which also has its own bathroom.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV as well as a desk. On the 2nd floor of the villa you will find a spacious living room with a seating areay for 8 people, serving as an ideal place for family gatherings with a large TV and plenty of multimedia options.
There is also a dining area with a large table for 8 people and a modern kitchen with everything your need for preparing a hearty breakfast or the indispensable morning cup of fresh coffee.
The villa is equipped with modern furniture and stylish elements, which will make you feel comfortable here at all times, and the Istrian stone elements will provide a pleasant freshness during hot summer days. From the top floor of the villa you can exit to the private garden, which offers plenty of natural environment full of greenery and a unique view of the surrounding valleys.
