The swimming pool has a possibility to generate artificial waves.
The house features 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 4 kitchens and 4 living rooms, a patio with pool view, and a balcony with sea view.
The main house consists of 2 units.
The first unit consists of a kitchen, a living room, 3 bedrooms with double beds, and 1 bathroom with a shower.
The second unit is separated by a door and it contains also a kitchen unit along with a living room, two bedrooms with a double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Furthermore, both units have separate terraces (one terrace overlooks the sea, the other at the back overlooking the pool). To the right and to the left of the pool there is an apartment with 1 bedroom (double bed) and a sofa in the living room where 2 more people can sleep.
Both apartments have a kitchen unit and a living room.
On the guests' disposal is a large game room with a table tennis table.
Outside, you can find a barbecue area with a dining table and another separate stone table in the garden.
Since Casa Lungomare is located directly on the sea, just a few hundred meters from the city center of Umag, the guests can reach many different activities on foot.
Young groups are welcome.
Parties and loud music aren't allowed.

The town of Umag is known for being a posh tourist and sports destination on the Adriatic coast. The ATP Croatia Open has positioned Umag as a sports destination for bringing the world's tennis elite to the town every year. Of course, tourism is the most important activity in the town and the surrounding region, where you can find many privately owned apartments, rooms and villas. Almost all the beaches in town and the surrounding region are proud owners of the blue flag. We definitely recommend the city beach „Laguna Stella Maris“, surrounded by a pine forest and offering a great range of water sports, bars and restaurants on the beach as well as the beach „Aurora“, where you can enjoy water sports and rest in the shade of ancient pines. Of course, in Umag you can find many restaurants offering traditional Istrian cuisine, bars and nightclubs.

Das Haus war geräumig und hatte einen sauberen guten Pool. Die Küchenmaschinen waren teilweise defekt.Das das Haus aber über 4 Küchen verfügt war das kein Problem. Die Lage ist gut zwischen Altstadtbund Strand fast direkt am Meer.Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht.
