The living room is at your disposal for afternoon naps or just relaxing under the air conditioner. The easy access to the garden will allow you to quickly take a dip into the swimming pool.
If you love to drink coffee in the morning, the terrace will be the right choice for you. Remember, you are on vacation so be sure to enjoy yourself on the sundecks of the villa.
Evenings are supposed to be fun, so prepare yourself to test your barbecue skills on the terrace.

The Pula airport is 30 km away while the Croatian-Slovenian crossing border is 70 km away... The 4th room is a gallery as a part of the main room. Pets upon request with an additional charge. A refundable damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in.

In the 18th century Kanfanar takes on the role of municipal centre in the South West area of the Peninsula where the mild Mediterranean climate becomes one with the natural characteristics of the Istrian inland.Discovering the beauties of Kanfanar area you can’t go around the sacral monuments such as the church of St. Sylvester from the 13th century, the church of St. Mary from Lakuće from the 14th century and the church of St. Agatha from the 10th century, the most important cultural monument of worldwide cultural heritage – medieval town of Dvigrad which is dominated by the remains of the Roman basilica but also the legend on the undiscovered treasure of the British pirate Captain Morgan, Draga as the area of fertile plowfields, wooded slopes and the Mediterranean herbs, Romualdo’s cave as the habitat of three thousand bats or Limski Channel as a protected nature reserve.

We had a wonderful holiday in this amazing villa. We had an easy check in process, great communication and we couldn't fault the property. The pool had natural shade from the villa in various areas throughout the day which meant you could choose sun or shade. The air conditioning was amazing to have...
