On the ground floor is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen including a living area and a sofa bed (180 x 200 cm, sleeps 2), a dining area with an impressive fireplace, and a bathroom with bathtub.
The upper floor comprises of one double bedroom with king-size bed, a twin bedroom, and a spacious covered terrace (approx. 20 2) boasting stunning views of the sea and the lovely Brijuni Islands.
The entire house is air-conditioned. Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather.
If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated. Further details: WiFi is available free of charge.
The property is fully fenced.
There is an outdoor summer kitchen with fireplace, electric stove and sink. Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed.

The house is located in the village of the same name, surrounded by an olive grove and green meadows. The vast estate features 11,000 m2 of land, including well-kept lawns, an orchard and many cozy spots to relax and unwind – be it while taking a nap in the hammock or lounging in the sun at the kidney-shaped private swimming pool.

Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Pool und einen imposanten Außenbereich zum Essen.
Die Ziegen vom Nachbarn haben in keinster Weise gestört. Einziges Manko, der Hauseingang ist etwas schwer zu finden.

Angekommen und wohlgefühlt!! Zwar hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, aber dank der wunderschönen großzügigen überdachten und geschützten Terrasse mit Außenküche konnten wir dennoch 14 Tage quasi im Freien verbringen. Gastgeber Elvis ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist etwas älter - dafür ...
