Luxury Villa Future*****, is located in a beautiful location, 200m away from the sea in a small picturesque village of Klimno, a green oasis for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
This is where your whole family will enjoy.
The villa is conceived as a separate facility with its own private heated pool, sunbathing area and garden. The interior of the villa is modern, comfortable and functional.
Here you will find everything you need for your stay.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room.
One bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom are on the ground floor, while there are 3 bedrooms, all three with double bed on the first floor.
There are also two bathrooms.
The house is built on a private property, which is entirely at your disposal. Outside you have a beautiful covered outdoor dining area and barbecue area.
The pool is surrounded by greenery and sun loungers and parasols are available.
Parking is located in the yard, next to the house. If you have any queries, feel free to contact owners who will occasionally visit you, they will be happy to assist you with your inquiries, all with the aim of making your vacation as enjoyable and relaxed. IMPORTANT NOTE: Pets are allowed.
Additional charges will apply. Please note that only one pet per stay is available. Villa has a beby bed and a high chair for children. There are 2 parking places within the property. PLEASE NOTE Only one pet is allowed in the object.

Klimno is situated on the eastern part of the island, just 10 minutes drive from Krk bridge. With its old tourist tradition it is famous for its rich catering offer in the restaurants that offer seafood and other specialities with the mandatory autochthonous wine, apartments and private villas. The Klimno bay includes the villages Klimno, Soline and Čižići.
Soline is famous for its salt pans which date back to the pre Roman period, and today for its more notable tourist offer in private accommodation. The locality of Meline, famous for its healing mud, is situated between Soline and Čižići. The above mentioned mud is used for healing gout, so much so that many people, satisfied by its healing properties, happily return here. Čižići is the village which on one side has been reclaimed by the sea, whilst on the other the rich green areas prevail.
Klimno is the largest village in the bay and one of the oldest in the area. This is proved by the existence of the small chapel of Saint Clement which dates back to 1381 with its Glagolitic inscription. Sea and nautical tourism lovers will feel comfortable in Klimno with its many offers for navigators as it provides boat anchorage as well as workshops for making and repairing vessels.

Check In war unkompliziert und hat toll funktioniert, Lage ist toll, Strand, Restaurant und Markt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Haus ist auf 2 Etagen, Pool, Terasse und Grillplatz ebenfalls 😊
