Casa Vidmar has highly stylized interiors and exteriors complemented with exquisite details, such as white italian marble on the floor and artistic paintings and sculptures placed arround the house. Modern and unique architecture of the villa is not just the sign that your privacy is guaranteed but also provide a sense of exclusivity, even though house is a twin house.
When talking in numbers, Casa Vidmar is the size of 200 m2, house plot covers area of 1500 m2, by 70m2 terrace there is 32 m2 big pool, available to you are also 4 spacious parking spots behind electrical fence. The impressive estate, fantastically positioned only about a hundred meters away from beach, guarantees complete privacy. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with large king size beds and one large bathroom on the first floor with double sinks, bathtub, walk in shower and toilet. Each room is equipped with AC. Both bedrooms have a balcony with an uncovered sea view.
The area around the pool is designed as a fantastic place for sunbathing. On the outdoor terrace you will also find high quality wooden teak chairs with a table and a romantic open fireplace. For masterchefs, original Weber grill is waiting to be used. There is also a well hidden outdoor shower.
The pool is equipped with RGB lighting for night swimming and a hydrolysis and Cu/Ag Ionization system that treats the water without irritating and harmful chemicals. There is also an electric charging station next to the house, which allows charging an electric vehicle with a power of up to 11 kW.

Ruhige Lage auf einem großen sehr gepflegten Grundstück.
Gute Ausstattung.
Feiner gut temperierter Pool.
In einem der Badezimmer war der Abfluss vom Waschbecken komplett verstopft. (Habe ich dann selbst gereinigt)
Im gleichen Badezimmer war (ist) die Neonröhre vom Spiegelschrank kaputt . (Habe ich gemeldet, wurde aber nicht ausgetauscht)
In einem Schlafzimmer ist die Terrassenschiebetüre defekt. Die Tü...

Wir durften eine Woche in dieser wunderbaren Villa verbringen und hatten eine sehr schöne und vor allem erholsame Zeit! Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und der Pool und die riesige Terrasse sind der Wahnsinn!! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder!
