The holiday house „Villa Lavanda“ is placed in Kanfanar, a peaceful environment in central Istria.
It can accommodate up to 8 people.
Completely renewed and refurbished, the house offers the greatest comfort to people which want to relax in peace and calm, away from the bustle of the town.
The abundance of green and flora of the garden around the house, overall the experience of the rest in the holiday house.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two big and one smaller bathroom, one large living room, the kitchen with dining room and one terrace which offers a view of the sea and fascinating landscape.
All the rooms are conditioned, with new and modern furniture. From the living room there’s the possibility to descend directly in the garden, where is places the swimming pool with whirlpool, deckchairs, beds and the shower.
There are also available the gazebo, a little chimney for the grill and the swings for the youngest.
Adjacent to the pool, on the ground floor, you can join the fitness room adequately equipped, the sauna, jacuzzi and other rooms for socialization and fun like the tavern with the fireplace.
The use of the jacuzzi is charged extra on site. Dear guests, Check in is from 16:00 - 21:00 , and check out not later than 10:00. Bedlinen is changed every 7 days.
Water is drinkable.
Electricity 220 Volts.
From 22.00 - 7.00 please do not make any noise, which could disturb other guests. Serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages is forbidden to persons under 18 years of age. We wish you a nice stay. Tourist office Eurotours

Kanfanar is a small town situated in the south-west part of the Istrian peninsula, 275 meters above the sea. It is only 8 km far from the sea’a closest site, the Lim Cave. It is dominated by a Mediterranean climate with pleasant temperatures in summer and mild in winters. For those who love free climbing, there are two suitable sites near Kanfanar: one is at the end of the Lim Cave, next to the road,and the other one is above Dvigrad, in the northern part of the Draga. Meanwhile, those who enjoy walking or cycling will find a variety of roads and paths that lead to the most beautiful interior of the Istrian peninsula. The 30 kilometers of cycle paths connect Kanfanar to the neighboring villages such as Dvigrad, Lim, Barat, Zminj and Svetvincenat..

Das Haus, die Ausstattung und der Garten sind perfekt. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich. Auch 10 Personen können hier großzügig wohnen.Den Preis für die Nutzung des Wirlpools ist aus unserer Sicht völlig überteuert.

Wir haben 11 Nächte in der Villa Lavanda verbracht. Die Vermieterin war supernett und immer hilfreich. Die Übergabe am Ankunftstag war unkompliziert. Leider war das Wetter nicht das Beste, so dass wir den Pool nicht genutzt haben. Die Betten waren klasse und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
