Villa has 300 m2 of living area. Villa Trogir has 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, 1 guest toilet, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, terrace, indoor and outdoor pools and a wellness zone. In the basement of Villa Kairos there is luxurious spa area equipped with various facilities: indoor swimming pool, sauna, bathroom with shower, gym and entertainment room with a billiard table. The indoor swimming pool is heated, which is ideal for winter days.
The main feature of this Villa is the outdoor swimming pool with a shower and spacious terrace with lounge chairs where you can enjoy reading the latest news or drinking your first morning coffee. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea, mountains and the old town of Trogir in the distance. The comfortable living room is connected with a terrace by the large glass wall, which can be opened as an additional exit to the outdoor terrace. Next, to the living room, there are a kitchen and dining room. On this floor, there are also two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom with a shower. Both of room also have access to the terrace with a swimming pool. On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two of which is equipped with double beds, and the third one is a single room.On the second floor is the last –the sixth bedroom also equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom.
