Over looking the Dordogne River this 4-bedroom property boasts spectacular views and a beautifully maintained garden where guests can relax and enjoy a green oasis consisting of palm trees, olive tree, a rose garden, and even a fresh water well.
The house has undergone a major 2-year renovation project while still preserving its historical features alongside state-of-the-art bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen.
A truly great place for a family get together or for a group of friends wanting to get away from it all and relax!
The house is a short ten minutes drive to Saint Emilion and a 5 minute walk to the station with a direct train connection to Bordeaux in 40 mins and links to beachside towns of Arcachon and Cap-Ferret.
The property is the perfect base to explore the world famous châteaux and vineyards near by or hop on the train to explore the golden triangle of Bordeaux for the day. Alternatively guests can enjoy local activities including rowing and walks along the river not forgetting the culinary delight on their doorstep with great bakers, butchers, specialist cheese and wine shops, authentic French restaurants and cafes and a weekly Monday market, all within walking distance.
