Situated close to the ski areas, trails and shops of Colfosco, in the stunning landscape of South Tyrol, the holiday apartment Mansarda Estiva is part a residential mountain lodge called Ciasa Gabriel and promises utmost convenience and tranquility during your holiday.
The rustic apartment with its wooden architecture and simple decoration consists of one bathroom, a living/dining room with an integrated kitchen as well as one sleeping area with one double bed, one single bed and a sofa bed (for 2 people) and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating and satellite television.
In the communal, outdoor areas of the property, you are invited to stroll through the garden and enjoy a nice glass of wine on the terrace as the sun goes down.
Due to its spectacular location, a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are within walking distance and some great ski areas, parks and an amusement park are a 5-minute walk away. Parking spaces are available on the property.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

It’s a good location, short walk to the beach. However the place is outdated and needs some renovation. The closets were dusty and full with all kinds of items and there was no room where to put our clothes. Otherwise the kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked as expected. The dishwasher was very noisy and very old too.
