La maison date de 1813, mais a été renovée en 2014, respectant les éléments authentiques (pierres apparentes, des tomettes, vieux carrelages décoratifs, ...). Il y a une grande terrasse, une piscine (9 x 4 m) et un grand jardin (1300m2), arboré et entouré de murs anciens.
En même temps la maison a tout le comfort: cuisine neuve avec four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, salle de bain neuve, buanderie avec lave-linge, sèche-linge, ... Il y une surface habitable de 180 m2.
Il y a 3 chambres à coucher: un lit de 180 cm, deux lits de 160 cm. En plus un bureau avec lit divan (1 personne).
La maison se trouve dans un hameau très calme entre les vignes, mais le centre du village est à seulement 2,5 km où il y a un boulanger, une superette, une pharmacie, ... La ville de Carcasonne est à 20 min.
English version: The house dates from 1813, but has been renovated in 2014, with respect for authentic elements (ancient stones and floors, ...). The house has a big terrace, a swimming pool (9 x 4 m) and a big garden (1300 m2), with trees and moreover, the entire garden is surrounded by an ancient wall, guaranteeing a lot of privacy.
At the same time, the house boasts a lot of comfort: new kitchen with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher; a new bathroom; storage room with washing machine and dryer, ... The house has a habitable space of 180 m2.
There are 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed of 180 cm and twice a bed of 160 cm. On top there is a sofa bed (1 person) in a separate bureau.
The house is situated in a very calm hamlet surrounded by vines, but the city centre is only 2,5 km away, where you can find a bakery, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, ... The city of Carcassonne is only 20 minutes driving from the house.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem der Garten mit den tollen schattigen Bäumen war super. Auch ansonsten hat uns das Haus gut gefallen.

Magnifique demeure au calme. On n'a jamais aussi bien dormi en vacances. La piscine participe au charme de la maison.
