Au milieu de la ville du sel, à 2 pas de la place du Bayàa se trouve l’une des plus vieilles maisons de Salies-de-Béarn (64). Construite en 1605, cette grange est aujourd’hui transformée en restaurant gastronomique.
Le rez-de-chaussée est devenu un endroit aux allures design autant qu’intime, d’où vous pourrez deviner notre chef cuisinier en plein travail.
Lorsque vous montez les quelques marches, l’étage s’ouvre à vous. Derrière le piano, vous découvrirez une salle authentique, en toute simplicité.
L’été, une terrasse nait au milieu de « l’allée des voisins », où il est possible de se restaurer en admirant nos pieds des vignes.
Le chef, Nelson Da Silva, entouré de son équipe, vous propose une cuisine gastronomique, raffinée et créative préparée essentiellement avec des produits locaux et exclusivement avec des produits frais.
