The Museum of Naive Art houses the collection of Vicq Fourny Max, a fund of 900 works acquired sandstone travel this passionate collector, this same fund after a collection of 1600 works, the rest is currently located in the Hall Saint Pierre in Paris. Since September 2004, the collection also houses MIDAN Javault Françoise, from the Museum of Naive Art Bages, permanently closed since August 2002. These works come from around the world, totaling more than 45 countries. In addition, the incredible diversity of techniques used (oil, acrylic, gouache, watercolor, pencil, pastel, iron, cardboard, embroidery, paper mache, collage, sculpture, bas-relief ...), but also the diversity of media (canvas, wood, hardboard, paper, glass, fabric ...), make up a rich tapestry of art.
