Le Moulin d'Ande is the last specimen of the mills pending. Built in the late twelfth century on an arm of the Seine in Normandy between Rouen and Les Andelys, it is classified a historical monument. Since 1962, the Moulin d'Ande is the headquarters of the Cultural Association created by Suzanne Lipinska. It's a place to live for artists and intellectuals who are in this unique place the best conditions of residence and work.
Throughout the years, the Moulin welcomes the scene of many concerts of chamber music, traditional music, jazz evenings, etc ... During the summer, the International Music Academy allows young musicians from many countries complete their training under the guidance of recognized masters.
In 1998 Mill was established in the Scriptures Film Centre, which promotes and supports the work of composers of film music and young writers preparing their films short, medium or feature film.
The terminal facilities and technical equipment which has the Mill, make it a particularly suitable for companies for workshops, conferences, residential seminars.
