Le marais Vernier

The proximity of the Seine estuary reminds us that the Vernier Marsh is a former meander which gives the marshes of the site and a functional role of biological interest increased, especially for birds (all ranked important area for the Conservation of birds).

The richness of the Marais Vernier is both its great diversity of backgrounds and the quality of them. The site is classified as Natura 2000, all natural, all over Europe, identified for the rarity or fragility of wildlife, animal or plant and their habitats.
