Collégiale Notre-Dame de Beaune

Place du Général Leclerc - 21200 BEAUNE

The Notre-Dame de Beaune is a canonical set dating from the second half of the twelfth century.

The Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame de Beaune is one of the last great Romanesque churches in Burgundy. Its construction was undertaken in the mid-twelfth century Cluny Federation and the model was completed early in the century after retaining a remarkable stylistic unity.

The college listed as a historic monument by inclusion on the list of historical monuments in 1840. The convent building (rectory), meanwhile, is the subject of a registration as a historic monument since May 26, 1926.
