Motorcyclists welcome We created this new accommodation in 2021, with 2 accommodations of 25 m² each, with different themes ('zen' accommodation without kitchen and 'ocean' accommodation with equipped kitchen), in our image as travelers.
Functional space, relaxation, quality of decoration, impeccable cleanliness, etc.
Each of the 2 accommodations (independent of our house) is completely new, both in construction and in furniture and equipment. Vast, bright, and cozy, the vast 19 m² bedroom houses a large 160x200 bed, ample storage, an office space (for teleworkers), and a relaxation area (armchairs, 50" HD TV, fiber wifi).
Each 6 m² bathroom has a shower, a large sink, and a WC.
This accommodation is unfortunately not compatible with the needs of disabled people.
Chez Lucat is in Le Grallet, in the south-east of Breuillet, a stone's throw from the beaches of Nauzan, the main coast, and the wild coast. Our town borders Mornac sur Seudre (classified), Vaux sur Mer and Saint Palais sur Mer, and Saint Sulpice de Royan. It is the ideally located, quiet base for the many tourists who travel the coast, while being 10 minutes from the beaches, or from Royan, 15 minutes from La Palmyre or oyster ports like La Tremblade or Marennes.
Parking: secure, private, and free.
Bikes & Motorcyclists: welcome (easy parking).
Breakfast: €8.50 per person, extra

Trop bien ! Cat et Luc sont chaleureux et attentionnés, nous revenons en juin pour la 3 eme fois. C’est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et la propreté irréprochable et moderne.
