I put at your disposal the 1st floor of my house located in the village of Kerhillio, 400 m from the large beach of Erdeven (9 km of fine sand between Etel and Quiberon).
You will take advantage of a flat of 70 m ², exposed full South, without any person opposite, with sight on sea.

You will be in the heart of the wild dunes of Erdeven and a few minutes from the town center. It is the ideal accommodation for lovers of nature and water sports (kite, windsurf, paddle, catamaran, canoeing, diving ...)

Apartment renovated, with a neat decoration:
-A large living room of 35 m² very bright and open to a balcony: living room, dining room and large kitchen. Parquet floor.
-A large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror
-A small room with 2 single beds with dresser, bedside, mirror
-Lit umbrella for baby and high chair on request
-A bathroom with tub / shower
-A separate WC

Kitchen equipment: 4-burner hob, extractor hood, convection oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Washing machine. Drying rack. Iron and ironing board.

WIFI connection.

Tourist sites nearby: La Trinité-sur-Mer, Carnac, Quiberon, Auray, Plouharnel, Sainte-Barbe, Etel Bar, Saint-Cado, Lorient, Groix, Vannes, Belle-Ile Sea, Houat, Hoëdic, the Gulf of Morbihan, the GR 34 ...

For lovers of surfing, kite, paddle, canoe, board ... Many spots are in direct proximity, starting with the Kerhillio beach at the bottom of the house and Sainte-Barbe at Plouharnel (10 minutes) but also La Guérite at Quiberon (15 minutes), etc.
You can also rent a bike (less than 800m from the house).

I live on the 2nd floor of the house. Nobody occupies the ground floor.
You will be calm. We share the stairwell.

I am there and can answer all your questions.
I share my good addresses and my favorites with pleasure.
I can recommend babysitters for your children if needed.

The small garden of the house is not accessible. You have a private balcony with a table for 2 people. The real garden is the beach which is 5 minutes walk!

Sheets and towels are extra. Sheets and towels: 10 € / single bed and 20 € / double bed for bed linen and 5 € / person for towels.

Cleaning is to be done before your departure. Otherwise, you can take the cleaning option at 40 euros.
