Volando Urai is a 15-minute walk from Wulai Old Street. Free scheduled shuttle services to and from Xindian MRT Station are provided for guests. It is a 1-hour, 30-minute drive from Taoyuan International Airport.
Guests can arrange day trips at the tour desk, or get directions to walk to the local waterfalls and scenic spots. There are also meeting rooms and a 24-hour front desk.
Fine dining and candlelight dinners can be enjoyed at Volando Soyan, where dishes are prepared using seasonal vegetables and fresh seafood. A daily breakfast is also available accompanied by lake views.
