- Dishes must be washed and put away: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Garbage cans must be emptied (see location of rubbish bin/containers in the welcome booklet: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Close windows on departur, - Do not damage, break or steal anythin, - Maximum departure time 11 a.m., unless otherwise specified. Any departure after the arrival of the cleaning service will incur a 50€ deduction from the security deposit.
- Avoid noise after 10 p.m. to respect the neighbor, - It is forbidden to sleep in a bed without complete bed linen (pillowcases, comforter cover, sheet). 50€ will be deducted from the security deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- The condominium rules prohibit hanging out linen on the terrace or in the garden.
-Prostitution is strictly forbidden. Any suspicion will be immediately reported to the competent authorities as well as to the booking platform. We reserve the right to keep the deposit.
