Visionapartments Berlin - Contactless Check-In

Built in 2013, these apartments are located in the heart of Berlin, only 2 minutes’ walk from Alexanderplatz Square and the Television Tower. Free WiFi is available in the entire building.

Each apartment at Vision Apartments Berlin GmbH is decorated with modern-style furnishings. They all offer a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and some are fitted with a balcony.

Guests can prepare homely meals in the fully equipped kitchenette, which includes a coffee machine, a microwave and a stove. Some apartments also have a dishwasher. Nearby there are also many cafés, bakeries and good places to have breakfast.

Alexanderplatz Underground Station is only a 2-minute walk from Vision Apartments Berlin GmbH, with connections to Hackescher Markt (1.5 km), the trendy Prenzlauer Berg district (2.5 km), and the famous Museum Island (1.8 km).

Berlin Main Train Station (10 minutes) and Berlin Schönefeld Airport (35 minutes) both have direct connections by S-Bahn from Alexanderplatz Square Train Station.

Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted.

Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes. In the event of a proven violation of rules, VISIONAPARTMENTS reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without a refund and to request the immediate departure of the guests.

Guests under the age of 18 can check in only with written permission from a parent or legal guardian. The form can be provided by the property upon the guest's request.

When traveling with pets, please note that a deposit is required.
VISIONAPARTMENTS will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
