To ensure your safety, comfort, and compliance with Egyptian laws, we bring to your attention the following house rules:

1. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Check-out: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Early/late check-in/out requests must be approved in advance.
PLEASE INFORM US IN ADVANCE OF YOUR CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES FOR A SMOOTH PROCESS.
EARLY/LATE REQUESTS REQUIRE PRE-APPROVAL.

2. Please note that the guest who made the booking must also stay at the property

3. Guest Identification
Valid ID copies for all guests must be submitted before arrival.
- Egyptian Nationals: Egyptian ID (front & back). Guests under 16: Birth certificate. Couples: Official marriage certificate (Orfi contracts not accepted).
- Arab Nationals: Passports for all guests. Couples: Marriage certificate/family card (GCC citizens).
- Non-Arab Nationals: Passports for all guests (including children).
- This apartment host only families or same genders groups only.
ALL IDs MUST BE SHARED VIA THE BOOKING CHAT IMMEDIATELY UPON BOOKING CONFIRMATION.

4. Visitor Policy
- Only registered guests are allowed.
- Unauthorized visitors will incur a $30 fine per entry.
A SECURITY CAMERA MONITORS THE APARTMENT’S MAIN ENTRANCE.

5. Events & Pets
- Parties/events are prohibited.
- Pets: Up to 2 pets allowed; $10 per pet per night.

6. Property Damage
- Guests are responsible for any missing/damaged items. Costs will be added to the final bill.

7. Fair Usage of Amenities
- Please avoid excessive electricity, water, and internet usage.

COMPLIANCE WITH THE ABOVE HOUSE RULES IS MANDATORY.

• As noted in the amenities, there is no air conditioning; instead, fans are provided, and you will Enjoy the natural sea breeze. Summer temps range from 22°C at night to 38°C daytime peaks. Complimentary earplugs are included for open-window sleeping.

• For elderly and disabled guests, please note there are 27 steps before the elevator leading to the apartment floor.

• Regarding essentials, please bring your own bath towel, toothbrush, and toothpaste; all other essentials are provided.

• Nearby beachfront construction, daytime noise is possible, but nights are mostly peaceful.

• Weak Vodafone signal, but Etisalat, Orange, and WE offer strong coverage.
High-speed Wi-Fi (27 Mbps) provided.

• Parking is available for EGP 50 per night, with the total amount for the entire stay payable in full to the garage attendant upon arrival. Guests are required to leave their keys with the attendant. Extra gratuities (tips) are appreciated but not required.
