We rent on the heights of Largentière, this modern and independent villa (Classified 4 *) with its private swimming pool.
Villas of 100 m² comfortable, quiet with an exceptional view.

Its covered terrace with electric barbecue.
Three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its bathroom.
Two toilets, a second bathroom (with washing machine).
A new fully equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, American fridge).
Lounge area with flat screen TV, free and unlimited WiFi connection.
Outside; large grounds, garden furniture and private swimming pool (4x5m).
We wanted this holiday home to be as comfortable as possible so that your stay in Ardèche will be a wonderful memory.

On your arrival the beds are made, the bathroom linen and the cloths for the dishes are provided (it remains to envisage only the bath sheets for the swimming pool).

Our rates are without supplement (they include all taxes and charges). The only possible and non-compulsory supplement is cleaning at the end of the stay.
From these havens of peace you are close to the greatest Ardèche tourist sites; the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Pont-d'Arc, the Chauvet cave, Vals-les-Bains, the Aven d'Orgnac, the Mont Gerbier de Jonc, are all 30 to 40 minutes away by car.
