The Holiday Village of the Lake of the Estives is located in the Regional Natural Park of the volcanoes of Auvergne in Haute Auvergne, on the plateau of Cézallier on the border between the Cantal and the Puy de Dôme. Its central position allows you to easily visit the Auvergne, its lakes and volcanoes.
It is an atypical environment that awaits you at the end of the road: the holiday village is in the middle of the estives at 1220 m of altitude. You will be immersed in a scenery close to Scottish lands and Mongolia. The panorama is magnificent with the view on the massif of Sancy and the Monts du Cantal.
The lodgings 6 places are located in a small holiday village on a property of 9 ha.
The three-hectare lake abounds with rainbow trout, fario and fountain salmon caught only by the whipped fly.

For your activities with family or friends, you will be able to take advantage of the heated and covered swimming pool (opening from 14 April to 30 September), the petanque court, the 100 m² games room, the library / toy library and WiFi access to the reception. And during the summer, twice a week, we spend a film in our 66 seat cinema.

In winter, you can go snowshoeing, down the hills in a toboggan run or enjoy the cross-country ski runs (on site: snowshoeing and sledging).
The Lake of the Estives can also be the center of your green holidays, the nature is beautiful and preserved (Zone Natura 2000), walks and hikes are multiple (PR3, PR5 and GR30), an equestrian track passes near the holiday village. The Cézallier highlands offer a total darkness and this area is ideal for observing the stars.

The gites are composed on the ground floor of a living room with lounge, kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, bathroom and separate wc, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue.
The mezzanine, accessible by a miller's ladder (a gate closes the mezzanine), is equipped with 2 single beds.
We supply pillows, pillows and blankets.
