This large, fully air-conditioned holiday home spans a generous 130 square metres and can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises three spacious bedrooms, each with its own shower room (toilet and washbasin), a large living room, a beautiful full kitchen, a laundry room, a 1400 m2 garden with outdoor shower and two terraces.
The first terrace, partially covered by a shade cloth, offers panoramic sea views. Here you'll find everything you need to enjoy your meals, relax or just soak up the sun. The second terrace, facing the mountains, has a charcoal barbecue and a pizza oven.
Kayaks and paddleboards are available for your sea outings. At the beach, the straw hut, the lifeguard, the surf school and a variety of water sports equipment await you. Nearby, you'll find hiking trails, an outdoor sports and leisure area, as well as food shops and restaurants, all within easy reach.

"Villa U rustincu"
J'ai loué cette maison plusieurs fois en famille et entre amis. Spacieuse et très confortable cette maison dispose d'une immense terrasse avec une vue incroyable sur la mer, top pour l'apéro et les barbecues. L'accès à la belle plage de ruppione quasiment aux pieds est un luxe. Je recommande vivement.
