This house is as pleasant to live in in summer as in winter.
The swimming pool is heated by a heat pump and is available from May to the end of September, or even longer depending on the weather.
It is located in the heart of the village and is completely enclosed.
The dining room is 100 m² with a 19th century French billiard table.
All the decoration is in the "recycled" style of furniture from the 18th and 19th century, the main elements of which are signed Eugène Grasset, master of the new renaissance style in 1880. A bistro bar dating from the 1920s will welcome you.
