Having breakfast on the large terrace facing the sea, taking a nice walk on the coastal footpath, putting on your boots and going fishing early in the morning… here are the things you will appreciate if you come to our villa CAP OCÉAN.
SUPERB PANORAMIC SEA VIEW in Pornic (photos taken without zoom) very bright and spacious ideally located on the SENTIER DES DOUANIERS de Pornic (southern Brittany), opposite the island of Noirmoutier, free access to the residence's swimming pool and tennis court private. Very calm.
A dream location for your walks by the sea, swimming (14 km customs footpath bordered by small creeks, and beaches), bike rides (many Vélocéan itineraries) and shore fishing (oysters all year round), 5 minutes from the Thalasso of Pornic.
The main asset of this villa is its large, well-appointed 40 m² terrace in exotic wood with sea view, which will allow you to have your breakfast facing the sea or to bask in the sunbathing area.
A 2nd terrace awaits you on the garden side with a ping-pong table, swing. Enclosed garden with trees on a plot of 450 m².
In the house: billiards, ping-pong table, children's games, sand toys, books, DVDs...

The panoramic view, the pleasant decoration, the kitchen (sea view from the American kitchen) and the living room which opens directly onto the large terrace on the sea side will allow you, at any time, inside and outside, to enjoy the sea.
Sun from morning to evening in the living room thanks to its exposure (east-southwest).
Non-smoking house, no pets.
We lend all the baby equipment: big-wheel stroller, cot, high chair, plastic bath, safety barrier, changing mat, mixer, children's bicycle helmet, sand toys, etc.
3 bicycles are at your disposal to roam the paths or quite simply to get your fresh bread (Vélocéan circuits).

"UN SEJOUR DE REVE"
« UNE TERRASSE DE REVE... Nous étions venus pour la terrasse surtout et nous avons été plus que séduits. Une vue à couper le souffle telle que le site le montre mais beaucoup plus grande qu’on peut l’imaginer… L’usage des bains de soleil à l’abri des bambous fut l’apothéose de ce séjour des plus reposants. Nous avons adorés la décoration "Côté Ouest". C’est sûr, nous reviendrons…

"Gîte avec vue"
Un gîte que l'on ne peut que conseiller. Accueil impeccable. Une maison confortabel et vraiment très bien équipée et une terrasse qui offre une vue reposante sur l'océan. Enfin une localisation parfaite. Foncez!
