Perched on the edge of the caldera, in the picturesque village of Oia, guests will find Villa Santorini 520 by Caldera Houses. The property features an outdoor swimming pool overlooking the Aegean Sea and the volcano, and a terrace.

The villa consists of two independent suites. One suite consists of one master bedroom, an open plan living and sleeping area and a bathroom with shower. The second suite consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Both suites share a private terrace of 340 m2 and an infinity swimming pool with view to Caldera.

A fully equipped kitchen is within a few short steps of both suites, for guests to heat up a light snack, or preparing a simple lunch or dinner. The property also features a chef, who can prepare meals upon request.

The property features a concierge service, available 24/7.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
