Built in 1893 and completely renovated in 2015, Villa Salzburg is located in the elegant Riedenburg quarter, only a 10-minute walk from Salzburg’s Old Town. Free WiFi is available.

The apartments combine historic features with modern design and come with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD and Blu-ray player and a hi-fi system, and an exclusive bathroom. Most apartments have a balcony or garden access. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Guests of Villa Salzburg have access to a roof terrace with deck chairs and views of the Mönchsberg Mountain.

Baby equipment, including a high chair, bottle warmer and baby cot, can be provided on request free of charge. A washing machine, dryer and iron can be used free of charge.

A limited number of private parking spaces is available on site. Free public parking is possible 50 metres away.

A bus stop is just a few steps away. Several restaurants, cafés, and shops are nearby.

Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 15 years old (inclusive) stay for 60 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Persons 16 years and over stay for 60 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Children up to 1 years old (inclusive) stay for 60 € per person per night when sleeping in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

The property will send you a payment link by email after booking. Please make the payment right after receiving this link.

Please note that there is no reception. Please provide your mobile phone number in the booking process, as you will receive a text message from the property several days before arrival containing a pin code for the apartment door. After booking, the property will contact you with payment instructions.

A housekeeper is present on some hours a day, and can be reached by phone in urgent cases. Cleaning during the stay is available on request and at an additional cost.

Please note that smoking is only allowed on the balconies and terraces.
