It consists of a large living room of 45 m² opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool, the kitchen with its dining area is spacious and very well equipped, a hallway serves:
3 rooms :
- A parental suite with a 160x200 bed and private bathroom
- A bedroom with a 140x190 bed
- A "dormitory" bedroom with a 140x190 bed + 90x190 bunk bed and 2-seater sofa bed
A separate bathroom and a WC
The villa also offers an outbuilding (25 m²) with water point (ideal for teenagers, games room, extra beds)

"MAGNIFIQUE"
Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût, tout y est pour passer de très bonnes vacances.
Nous habitons Andernos et nous avions besoin de loger de la famille ce qui est très pratique et puis la proximité du Bassin est géniale.

"Modernité, Qualité et Propreté"
Très jolie villa à deux pas du bassin. Nous y avons séjourné récemment avec des amis et y retournons cet été en famille. C’est très propre et spacieux, le mobilier qualitatif; bref, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour s’y sentir comme chez soi. Je recommande vivement.
