Tenis de mesaLocated at the boundaries between LEVANTO and BONASSOLA in VALLESANTA, we offer this relaxing residence surrounded by the nature, with a gorgeous see sight of the gulf of Levanto, at a few walking minutes from the sea.
The house offers all the possibilities to live the Ligurian nature and its beautiful sea. From LEVANTO you can reach by train or boats the famous 5 Terre (and the first one, Monterosso, by walking).
It is possible to loan a boat to see the entire beautiful coastline, with all the small beaches. Diving tours to the marine park of Punta Mesco, with its black coral, and to the sink boats of WW2 are daily available.
We will be pleased to provide you with additional information for a pleasant stay.
Surrounded by a large terrain (1500 square meters), it has a large terrace (around 300 square meters) wit a gazebo allowing you to live the outside with the wonderful see sight of the Levanto' sea, in absolute privacy.
The house, on an unique floor, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large dining room with fireplace and with 2 walls of large windows, independent kitchen (with a 280 l fridge-freezer). You can access, from the dining room and 2 bedrooms to the large tearrace (around 300 sm) with sea view. Doble glasses grant a total relax and good insulation, even if the place has always sea breeze.
20MB wireless complete the offer.
The house had a major renovation in 2013 with new bathrooms, new windows and new doors.
New 2014: Sat TV Astra & Hotbird with viacess interface - bring your card !
New 2015: electric oven and Table tennis
New 2016: new and larger sofabed
New 2017: ceiling fans
New 2018: solar panels for hot water

Levanto offers excursions to the famous “cinque Terre” (Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore) all year round. In the summer period offers beaches and all sea activities (diving, fishing, windsurf), including boat trips to the cinque Terre and Portofino.
