Spacious villa of over 300 m² in the calm of the scrubland and pine trees without any vis-à-vis with 14,000 m² fenced.
Very close to Lourmarin (7 min), hiking trails and the banks of the Durance.
The villa, fully air-conditioned, is designed like a hacienda. Its patio makes it a warm cocoon combining privacy and proximity to the different living spaces.
- single-storey house, no floor
- each of the 5 bedrooms of 20 m² has its own bathroom
- all bedrooms (except one) have French windows with direct access to the outside (3 bedrooms to the patio, and 1 bedroom to the garden)
- 4 WC
- a kitchen opening onto a huge living room with beautiful volumes (5.5 m cathedral ceiling)
- air conditioning
- a 5 x 11 m swimming pool
