The beach is 50m away. Many sporting activities (sailing, sand yachting, swimming, tennis, golf, horse riding, etc.) or less sporting (thalasso, casinos, etc.) are available nearby. The shopping streets of Ouistreham, Lion-sur-Mer, Luc-sur-Mer, Douvres-la-Délivrande are very accessible. The many historical sites and museums (Caen Memorial, Pegasus Bridge, Arromanches, etc.) bordering these beautiful and large landing beaches (Sword Beach) are to be discovered!

On the mezzanine floor, a landing with a small office leads to a small double bedroom with a double bed that can be separated into 2 single beds (140x190 or 2x 70x190): a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, large sink, drying rack, board and iron.
