- On the ground floor :
a fully equipped kitchen as well as a utility room
a lounge area with TV
a billiards area
two bedrooms with double bed with wardrobe and cupboard
a bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and two sinks

- Upstairs :
two double bedrooms
a large bedroom separated into 2 spaces with a double bed on one side and 2 single beds which can form a double bed on the other
a bathroom with walk-in shower, 3 sinks and WC
office space
- In the basement
a 30 m² gym with a treadmill, a rower, a bike and a strength machine
- Outside :
You can enjoy the magnificent sunsets under the 50 m² veranda with table and lounge area as well as a barbecue and a pizza oven.
You also await a salt swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi, a ping pong table and a bowling alley.
Everything you need to relax with family or friends! Be careful, however, not to forget to enjoy the charms of the island!

At the exit of Saint-Leu towards Saint-Pierre, turn left after the gendarmerie, at the corner of the "S Center" store, then immediately right and right again. "Le paradis parfait"
1 semaine dans cette villa magnifique avec une vue mer différente chaque soir. Idéale pour grande famille comme la nôtre. Le spa et la piscine ont été très appréciés. Car de belle qualité. De grands espaces pour chacun. La cuisine hyper bien équipée pour nourrir une belle tablée sous la varangue. Je recommande. Merci à Nathalie pour son accueil.

"Séjour la villa le coin de paradis"
Avec mon groupe d’amis, nous avons séjourné à la Villa le coin de paradis et ce nom n’est pas trompeur ! Cette villa a rendu notre voyage inoubliable, il n’y a rien à dire sur celle-ci ainsi que sur la conciergerie avec qui nos échanges étaient top et à l’écoute pour la moindre demande.

"Séjour de 4 nuits en famille"
Une petite pépite nichée sur la côte ouest de l’Ile à St Leu. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La villa est très belle, calme, spacieuse et incroyablement bien équipée.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le spa avec une vue splendide sur l’océan.
