Located 10 minutes from the beaches of Argelès, Collioure, 20 minutes from Spain and at the foot of hiking trails, our holiday home will welcome you with family or friends.
On one level, it includes a large living room with open kitchen on a large shaded terrace and garden furniture, 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 bed 2 people (160x200) and 1 with 2 beds 1 person (90x200). 2 bathrooms with Italian shower and 2 separate toilets.
Barbecue, deck chairs.
Parking in the property.
Cot (umbrella type) and baby chair on request.
Possibility to rent bed linen and towels.
A deposit of 25% will be requested for the booking, the balance must be paid 30 days before entry into the premises.
Payments will be made by bank transfer.
The mandatory final cleaning (100 €) will be paid on the day of your arrival.
The tourist tax will be 1.09 € per night and per adult.
For the winter period between October and April, heating will be charged extra.
