Upstairs, separated by a landing serving the access staircase, 2 independent bedrooms:
- family room 'Cayeux': double bed 160x200, adjoining 'Brighton' bedroom with bunk beds 90x190, with separate toilet and Italian shower room + washbasin (fully tiled), large wardrobe, chest of drawers, flat screen TV
- bedroom 'Ault': double bed 160x200, with separate toilet and shower room Italian + washbasin (fully tiled), large wardrobe, chest of drawers, flat screen TV
On the ground floor: 2 independent rooms served by a corridor:
- room 'Le Hourdel': double bed 160x200 (possibility 2 separate beds 80x200), wardrobe + chest of drawers
- room 'Saint Valery': double bed 160x200, wardrobe + chest of drawers
- Independent toilet entirely tiled
- Italian style shower room + double sink, fully tiled
All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryer and towel dryer.
The common areas: a large fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with beautiful fireplace, flat screen TV, Blu-ray player ... The table seats 10 people.
Lighted terrace, exposed to the south with tables, chairs and garden chairs, deckchairs, barbecue.
Pétanque field to the dimensions required by the French Petanque Federation.
All retail and supermarket stores within a radius of 3 km.

The villa l'Amboise is located in the quiet village of Pendé (commune of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme), in the heart of the Grand site Baie de Somme (territory described as exceptional and remarkable for its landscape qualities, natural and cultural).
Pendé is on the circuit of the "Gravelot" which is part of the 40 km of bicycle paths of the bay.
Its decoration has been carefully designed. In all rooms are exhibited original works of an award winning regional painter, inspired by the Bay of Somme and its surroundings.
The furniture has been completely restyled. The equipment was chosen with a view to quality.
To the south and west limits of the garden of 1100 m ² extend vast shaded pasture.
The Amboise river runs alongside the property at the bottom of the garden.
Near the Amboise stands the beautiful Saint-Martin church of the 15th century, many of which are classified.

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire avec d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la Baie de Somme.
Maison spacieuse, propre, agréable, bien équipée. Extérieur bien entretenu. Les 3 salles de bain, les 3 wc, les 4 TV sont très appréciables. Belle région à découvrir! Nous recommandons cette location et cette région.

"Welcoming, relaxing family group holiday"
We stayed as 2 families with 5 children/teens and2 dogs.
The house was very well equipped and clean & comfortable set up exactly to our needs. The garden was a great outdoor space to relax and play
Warm welcome from the fantastic hosts.

"Very Good"
We have stayed with 10 persons at Villa l'amboise together with our dogs, the villa is completely fenced. It has a beautiful, spacious garden with plenty of shade, sheltered form the neighbors. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms, wifi, well equipped kitchen, everything you need for your stay and to make dinner for 10 persons. Surroundings and facitilities in that area are great. Valérie takes very good care of her guests and no question is too much to ask.
The beds are made so you do not have to take bedsheets with you, also towels are available.
Our dogs got a nice treat with arrival and we, as guests, received a local specialty (a cake!).
We have had a very nice stay here and made nice memories.

"Séjour à Villa l amboise"
Belle location autant à l intérieur qu à l extérieur. Très bon accueil de Me Delestree Personne disponible que se soit avant ou pendant le séjour si besoin. Nous étions 10 adultes. Allez y vous ne serez pas déçu.

"Très bon séjour"
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre gîte. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et l’accueil chaleureux. Le gîte est confortable, très bien équipé et bien situé (près des pistes cyclables, des coins de randonnées, de saint Valéry...). C'est un plaisir d'y passer un séjour.
