• on the ground floor of a spacious day room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet
The living room and sitting area opens on 1 terrace by 1 bay window with brick partition at the front of the house
You will enjoy relaxing after returning from your walks, on another terrace equipped with a gas griddle, at the back of the villa.
• the floor consists of 2 rooms coquettish, each equipped with bed 140, cupboard of storage, and a room of water with toilet.
You will have a privative carpark in front of the house.
You can hike on the paths of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, or stroll through the pedestrian streets of Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port.
You will have the opportunity to visit the Basque coast because Biarritz is located only 50 minutes or simply relax in the hammock in the shade of plane trees in the garden of the villa according to the program of your holidays!

Un paraíso de lugar y Roland fue muy hospitalario al llegar. Mi hija estuvo muy contenta y mi Txakurra en el paraíso. Caballos y tranquilidad, buenas barbacoas. Aupa Iparralde!

Une maison de famille typiquement basque, une merveilleuse découverte de splendides paysages, des propriétaires accueillants et chaleureux qui ne demandent qu’à faire découvrir leur belle région, bref des vacances dépaysantes et pimentées 😂

"Beautiful house in a beautiful location"
We arrived late on the Monday to the beautiful Basque countryside so didn’t see much of the views, however we’re very happy to see a very well equipped house with everything we could possibly need for a family of 8 for a week.
The next morning we were woken up to a beautiful sunrise over breathtaking views from the bedroom and living room windows!
Honestly, I’d highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a bit of peace and quiet - and fancy some beautiful views. Not far at all from the lovely towns of St Jean Pied de Port and St Michel. Also a short drive across the border to Spain to have the best of both worlds!
The next morning we were woken up to a beautiful sunrise over breathtaking views from the bedroom and living room windows!

"Excellent séjour"
Tout était très bien, accueil, collection des clés, visite de la maison. La maison était très propre et parfait pour notre famille de 8. Nous avons profité du jardin et barbecue (en février !) On était bien chauffé malgré la taille de la maison. La cuisine est bien équipée et il ne manque pas d'assiettes ni de verres. Le parking est assez grand pour plusieurs véhicules. Merci Pierre.
