The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours, and €75 outside of office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of departure, no trash should be left in the property. Guests are required to remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged.

Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016).
