Villa familiale Sainte-Anne avec piscine

With an area of 180 m², the villa can accommodate up to ten people on two levels.
Young holidaymakers are welcome: the pool is secured by a net.
Cribs, high chair, beach games and small diving equipment are provided free of charge.
Our villa has been the subject of a declaration in town hall.

The upper level includes:
* 2 air conditioned double bedrooms with small terrace, sea view on Marie-Galante, one with a queen size bed
* 1 small space ventilated mezzanine (not air-conditioned) with two separate single beds
* 1 bathroom with corner bath, shower, double basins and wc

The main level includes:
* Two communicating double air-conditioned rooms by the bathroom with shower, double sinks and toilet. One has a queen size bed and the other is perfect for children as it has 2 separate single beds
* A large fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, hatch on the terrace and pool view
* a dining area
* a lounge area with sofas and TV, open on the terrace
* an independent toilet
* A storeroom (washing machine, dryer, ironing board, second refrigerator for always fresh drinks, mats and coolers)

The exterior of the villa, includes:
A spacious terrace of 100 m² covered on 40 m² and is really the other place of life of the villa. It is arranged in several spaces:
* a lounge area with sofas and armchairs
* A dining area to take your meals in the shade and enjoy the dishes cooked on the plancha
* A relaxation area to read or relax on the sun loungers or hammocks while watching the children in the pool

* a solarium area for sunbathing on the loungers
* an outdoor shower area at the back of the villa for returns from the beach

Solar panels ensure the production of hot water and, for your convenience, a water tank was installed with 2 days of consumption to address the frequent cuts on the island.
