The property, ideally located 20 minutes from the sea and the mountains, close to lakes and rivers, is an idyllic place for holidays with family or friends, with its 2 villas rented together. Calm, it is conducive to idleness by the large swimming pool (12X5.5m) or for walks to discover a superb region, for swimming in the sea, lake or river according to your wishes, for many water activities, equestrian, sporting or cultural, visits to the many wine cellars in the region... Everyone can therefore follow their desire of the day...

2 architect villas, a few meters from each other, make up the rented property.

The main villa, with an architecture close to the houses of the islands, with its pergolas, its large wooden terraces which surround the villa, is very bright, with its many bay windows, its central patio around which the house is organized and which is a very pleasant place to have breakfast or an aperitif in the evening.

The rooms are spacious and modern, all opening onto the terraces. The small villa, a 3-room apartment which borders the swimming pool, has a chalet style, with its staircase, its beams and its wooden wall, and a fisherman's house decoration; and it has all the comforts of an independent house.

The main villa is organized around a patio and entirely surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace, onto which the 5 bedrooms open. The villa is entirely on one level.

She is composed :
- a large main room, with an American kitchen which opens onto a large, very bright living-dining room with its French windows which open onto the terrace and its view of the large garden and the swimming pool; a central patio, a real well of light, with its table and chairs, where to have breakfast or an aperitif in the evening;
- 5 bedrooms: a master bedroom, with bathroom and separate toilet; 2 bedrooms with double bed; a children's room, with a single bed, and 2 very comfortable folding single beds; an office space with a sofa bed; a second bathroom (with walk-in shower) and toilet.

The 3-room villa, with its cathedral roof, opens onto the swimming pool, and consists of: a living room with kitchen, living room table, sofa, television and DVD; a pretty bedroom with a double bed; a bathroom (shower and sink) with toilet; and, on the mezzanine, a second bedroom, for children, with a trundle bed (2 single beds).

The 2 villas are a few meters from each other, in the same garden.
There is an air-cooling air conditioner in the main room and fans in the bedrooms.
You will have everything twice: 2 televisions (including one with high definition image), 2 DVDs, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens (and therefore 2 fridges, 2 washing machines, very useful when there are many of you...)

We will provide you with many books, games, toys and films. And all the baby equipment if you wish (3 baby beds; 2 high chairs; a bath, a paddling pool; a changing table…)
The large swimming pool is private, protected by an alarm and barriers; you will also have a ping-pong table, a plant hut that will delight children, a swing, a large barbecue, and plenty of garden furniture and chairs that you can arrange as you wish in the many outdoor spaces: patio, terrace of the large house, pool terrace, garden.
You can park 4 or 5 cars in the property, which is completely enclosed by walls.
