Villa des Arts

Originally from the North of France, we fell in love with La Villa des Arts, a charming house from the 80s, built in a privileged natural site, a natural area of botanical and floristic interest, on the edge of a very extensive pine forest.

Away from the village of Rognes, at the end of a dead end road, come and discover this family space for relaxation and rest. Naturism enthusiasts or not, you can savor the sun in complete peace of mind.

It is an ideal starting point for exploring the country of Aix-en-Provence and the Luberon with its charming towns and landscapes such as Lourmarin, its festivals such as Avignon (35 km) or La Roque d'Anthéron, its many vineyards and markets.

Come and discover the sweetness of life in Provence in summer as in mid-season because it is also, and above all, a place to rest and enjoy the passing of time.

The house opens onto a large terrace with an awning that protects us from the heat of the sun's rays.

• on the ground floor: living room with wood-burning fireplace and satellite TV, dining room with a beautiful monastery table, well-equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and a second fridge; a space with 3 bedrooms (2 with 180 beds, 1 with 2 twin beds), a WC and a bathroom
• upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 bed, one with a 180 bed) with a shower room and bath, to be shared, and a WC

At the rear of the house, a driveway leads up to a fenced swimming pool. A path then winds towards the pine forest, an open door to long walks.

Rognes is 3 km away, the essential shops and services are there: butcher, bakery, supermarket, organic products, pharmacy, doctor, bank, post office, … and every Wednesday a nice local market.

A few restaurants not to be missed: Le Préau and Piano Gourmand, not forgetting the pizzeria which has the originality of offering gluten-free pizzas.

A few kilometers away, larger businesses avoid running to Aix to get supplies! A zoo, an amusement park and a paintball game are less than 20 minutes away: children and teenagers will find something to amuse themselves there.
