Swimming-poolCharming detached villa of 65 sqm, located in a property with swimming pool and large garden planted with olive trees of 5800 sqm.
Residential area while being close to towns and tourist villages such as Cannes 30 minutes, Nice 30 minutes, Monaco 55 minutes, Grasse 15 minutes, Saint-Paul-de-vence 15 minutes, Valbonne 10 minutes.
The villa consists of:
- separate bedroom with queen size double bed
- 1 large living room with dining area where is 1 sofa bed for 2 people
- 1 separate equipped kitchen
- 1 shower room with WC
This villa is ideal for couple or small family wishing to visit the area.
For golf lovers there are several in a radius of 15 minutes. The closest is 10 minutes.
The house is also equipped with WiFi and linen. Only towels are extra if needed.
For information the owners live in the villa next door and will be happy to give you advice on the area.
They also have 1 dog who is accustomed to customers.

"Excellent !"
Sans doute le meilleur gite que nous ayons testé. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente chez soi: équipements nickel, déco-chaleureuse et confortable. Nous n'avons pas trop profité du jardin (Séjour en Janvier)mais le cadre est somptueux. Accueil très sympa. Bref nous sommes sous le charme !

"Ontzettend fijne plek, aardige eigenaren"
Wij hebben in maart 2023 een week de Gite gehuurd, dat is ons erg goed bevallen. De Gite zelf is een vrijstaand huisje en zeer compleet en gezellig ingericht. We hebben er heerlijk geslapen, het is er zowel overdag als in de nacht heerlijk rustig. De eigenaren wonen in het huis ernaast op 75 meter afstand, ze zijn zeer vriendelijk en we vonden het alleen maar een prettig dat ze op hetzelfde terrein zaten. We hebben veel tips gekregen over bezienswaardigheden in de buurt maar ook gewoon gezellig gekletst.
De Gite ligt in een park achtige tuin, je kunt overal zitten. In de zon of schaduw en bij het zwembad. Dat zwembad staat je geheel ter beschikking en kijkt mooi uit over de tuin. Dit adres is een paradijsje in een verder hele mooie omgeving met veel leuke dorpjes en steden en natuurlijk de zee.

Avons passé un superbe séjour.
Villa confortable, parc magnifique, arboré et fleuri, entretenu quotidiennement par les
propriétaires, superbe piscine.
Accueil chaleureux, propriétaires discrets et extrêmement sympathiques,
Christopher, Suzanne et Donald sont soucieux du bien être des locataires.
Leur chien Datvi a fait aussi le bonheur de notre Pepsi.
Nous y retournerons avec joie.
